Strong Szn was established in Brooklyn, NY, in the year 2020 during a very challenging season both mentally and physically. The thought of staying strong was very loud and clear. Fitness served as our strength to overcome adversity. We began by offering different online/in-person workout programs and routines to help people achieve their fitness goals. Now we create and offer lifestyle, athletic, and leisure tools made to support well-being, athletics, or fitness journeys with a message of strength through comfort. 

We aim to highlight stories of strength and resilience in diverse individuals and communities of athletes, professionals, enthusiasts, gym-goers, or the everyday person who relies on comfort, support, and durability to excel beyond limits for a lasting impact.
